We are Beatrice and Erico and, together with our mother Sofia, we welcome you to Trattoria Rialto Novo.
For us, this place is not simply a restaurant: it is the home where we were born and raised, the place that has held our family’s history for generations.
This house, built in 1843, boasts over 180 years of history. It has been passed down from generation to generation, from our grandparents to our father, and finally to us.
It is not merely a building: it is a living testament to the past, where every brick, every beam and every step tells a story woven from affection,
hospitality and authentic Venetian traditions.
It was our grandfather who first envisaged this place as a welcoming space to share with guests. After years of hard work and dedication, Trattoria Rialto Novo was born – a project that continues to this day
in the same spirit as back then.
Every aroma wafting from the kitchen, every smile and every detail of this house is part of our story. We are delighted and grateful to be able to share it with you.
