OUR ORANGEADE

THE ONE WITH APULIAN ORANGE EXTRACT. We have added to the precious juice of Italian oranges the extract of Apulian oranges. Apulia, amidst the white of its villages, the green of the Gargano and the blue of the sea, harbours a lush citrus area. Apulian oranges acquire their characteristic taste thanks to the calcareous marl soil and the frequent cold winds that lash the impervious terraces, generating sudden temperature changes.

OUR GAZZOSA

THE ONE WITH THE SFUSATO DI AMALFI LEMON. It is a rare product. The sfusato lemon has been cultivated for more than 300 years on the terraces of the Amalfi coast. It has a juicy, semi-sweet pulp and is rich in essential oils that give the fruit intense aromas and scents. The sfusato is world-famous for its sweetness, which reveals itself with particular and unmistakable connotations.

OUR RED ORANGEADE

THE ONE WITH THE JUICE OF THE ARANCIA ROSSA DI SICILIA IGP. We have selected the three best varieties of blood orange: Moro, Tarocco and Sanguinello. The uniqueness of these three citrus fruits lies in the land of eastern Sicily: an extraordinary area that, thanks to Mount Etna, boasts unique climatic conditions. The dry climate and strong temperature fluctuations provide the balance between sweet and sour.

OUR LEMONADE

THE ONE WITH THREE LEMON BLOSSOMS. At each of its blooms, the lemon offers different fruits. At the end of winter, the Primofiore lemons are harvested, rich in precious and fragrant essential oils; this is followed by the Limone di Primavera, fresh and delicate. The last flowering, late summer, gives the verdelli, with a strong flavour and high acidity. And so it is that by skilfully combining these fruits, we have created Our Lemonade, with its variegated bouquet and typically Mediterranean flavour.

OUR CHINOTTO

THAT WITH CHINOTTO FROM THE SLOW FOOD PRESIDIO OF SAVONA The unmistakable aroma of our chinotto comes from the Riviera Ligure di Ponente where, since 1500, the plants have been cultivated. The infusion obtained from this citrus fruit gives our drink a unique taste capable of releasing intense aromas. Clear colour with intense and lively caramel tones. Intense citrus and spicy aroma. The bubbles enhance the finesse and harmony of a complex bouquet: citrus, herbs, spices and bitter caramel. The palate is velvety and soft with a noble and harmonious body, without excess sweetness.

OUR TONIC WATER

OUR Tonic Water with the infusion of Savona's chinotto. The microclimate of the Western Ligurian Riviera gives the chinotto intense fragrances. Our Tonic Water is obtained by combining the infusion of the Savona chinotto, Slow Food Presidium, with lemon juice to create a unique flavour, thus creating a good drink with a thirst-quenching taste. Clear and brilliant colour. Very fine and persistent effervescence. Aroma of chinotto peel of remarkable vivacity gathered in a delicate bouquet. Fine and persistent aroma in which the citrus scents re-emerge, the bitter note is accompanied and balanced by the slight acidity that lends freshness.

OUR BITTER ORANGEADE

THE ONE WITH THE JUICE OF THE MELANGOLO ORANGE OF APULIA. The juice of Italian oranges is enriched with the scents and contrasts of Melangolo extract, the ancient 'citrine apple' that Melo, Prince of Bari, gave to the Normans in 1016 as a symbol of the wealth of the Apulian lands. The languid pastel nuances unexpectedly conceal a fruity bouquet, with decisive and pleasantly pungent notes. The result in the mouth is a crisp, transversal attack that slowly slides towards a pleasantly bitter and dry finish. The fine effervescence balances the bitterness and enhances the freshness.
