A private garden of over 1,000 square metres, rare in Venice: gravel paths among trees and flowers create an oasis of calm and changing light. A living place, where nature becomes part of the experience and time seems to stand still.

The suites

Three spacious suites, each over 30 m², overlooking the canal or the garden, welcome only adults in search of tranquillity, beauty and Venetian culture. Each room combines privacy, craftsmanship and contemporary comfort: private bathroom, king-size bed with Italian linen, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, kettle and air conditioning. A residence where elegance and respect for Venice coexist in perfect balance.

Muneghete

Overlooking the main canal and the sestiere, it is an invitation to calm and contemplation. Tones of green and lagoon, Venetian briccole and Murano glass create a continuous dialogue between water, light and matter. A suite that preserves the city's artisanal and cosy spirit.

COLOMBINA

Romantic and luminous, with a small balcony overlooking the private garden, this suite bathes its powder-pink hues and Italian velvets in light. A small anteroom with sofa and a precious Venetian floor make it an intimate refuge where time slows down and Venetian grace shines through.

CINQUETESTE

The most sumptuous of our suites, with a double view of the canal and garden through two magnificent gothic windows that cast golden light on paintings and mirrors. The original Venetian terrace, velvets and gold details evoke the elegance of a noble residence reborn to welcome. A small private museum to be experienced slowly, where every reflection tells of the beauty of Venice.

The Water Gate of Cinqueteste

It is not just a decorative architectural detail, but a true private landing, allowing direct access to the house from the canal - as was the case in ancient Venetian residences. Through this elegant opening onto the water, today as in the past, it is possible to arrive by water taxi, gondola or private boat, experiencing the authentic experience of entering Venice from its most natural element: water.
